What goes on a pest control receipt
Domestic call-outs are paid on the day, and the receipt matters well beyond the money: it is what a tenant shows a landlord, what a landlord shows a tenant, and what a homeowner shows a buyer three years later when the survey asks.
- The date of the treatment, and the date paid
- The property, and the specific areas treated
- The target species
- The products used, with their active ingredients
- Safety information: re-entry times, and anything about children or pets
- Follow-up visits due, and when
- Any guarantee, and how it was paid
The sample line items and example prices this sheet opens with are on the pest control invoice template — the same table, which is about the trade rather than about this paper, so it lives in one place rather than on all six.
What you get

A PDF, and a link your customer can open in any browser. Word and Excel versions are not available yet — if a spreadsheet is what you need, this is not yet the tool for it, and saying so is cheaper for both of us than you finding out after typing everything in.
Pick how it looks
Six looks, from a plain classic sheet through a bold top band to a shop ticket, and your initials go on automatically until you upload a logo. See all six.
How to send it
Most customers want the paper on their phone, so the receipt goes out by WhatsApp, text or email, or as a link that needs no app and no account on their side. Or download the PDF to print it or keep it for your own records.
Questions
Does the product have to be named on the receipt?
It should be. The occupier is entitled to know what has been used in their home, a doctor or a vet may need it, and on rented property the landlord will be asked. It is also the record that matters if anybody reacts to anything.
What should it say about pets and children?
Re-entry times and any precautions, in plain words, on the paper they are holding. Told at the door it is forgotten within the hour. Written on the receipt it is there when somebody wonders whether the dog can go back in the kitchen.
