What goes on a pest control quote
A defined program is quoted: a stated number of visits, a stated method, a stated outcome. The customer is buying certainty that the problem ends, which is why the quote has to be precise about what ending it means and what happens if it does not.
- The target species, and the area covered
- The number of visits included, and over what period
- The method and the products, named
- What the guarantee covers, for how long, and what voids it
- Follow-up visits inside the guarantee: included or charged
- What the occupier has to do, and what happens if they do not
- The fixed price, and both signatures
The sample line items and example prices this sheet opens with are on the pest control invoice template — the same table, which is about the trade rather than about this paper, so it lives in one place rather than on all six. Working out the price itself? The markup calculator turns your cost and markup into the figure to put on the quote, and shows the margin it leaves.
What you get

A PDF, and a link your customer can open in any browser. Word and Excel versions are not available yet — if a spreadsheet is what you need, this is not yet the tool for it, and saying so is cheaper for both of us than you finding out after typing everything in.
Pick how it looks
Six looks, from a plain classic sheet through a bold top band to a shop ticket, and your initials go on automatically until you upload a logo. See all six.
How to send it
Most customers want the paper on their phone, so the quote goes out by WhatsApp, text or email, or as a link that needs no app and no account on their side. Or download the PDF to print it or keep it for your own records.
Questions
What should the guarantee actually say?
What it covers, how long it runs, and what voids it — usually failure to proof, or conditions that keep attracting the problem. A guarantee with no conditions attached is one you will be honoring at a property where somebody is still leaving food out, and that is not a pest problem.
How many visits should a program include?
As many as the method needs, said in advance. Most treatments require a follow-up and some require three, and a customer expecting one visit reads the second as a failure. Writing the number on the quote turns a return visit into evidence the job is being done properly.
